Students are not immune to the personal and emotional problems that can affect anybody at any time. You may find that while at university these problems can get in the way of your academic work and can impact on your enjoyment of university life.

Mental health is a taboo subject, but as we all have mental health it really shouldn't be. Like our bodies, our minds can become unwell, so starting a conversation about mental health is important. It helps people to recover and it can strengthen a relationship between friends, family and colleagues.
