In the meantime, you’ll still be able to access services like your timetable and Blackboard – you can find links for direct access to all your services below.

Timetable >

Use the link above to access your personal timetable. If the service is unavailable, or you think events are missing, contact your programme office to get an up-to-date version of your timetable. You can find contact details for your programme on the Student Support microsite.

You can also ask the timetable chatbot when classes are taking place, and where to find buildings and rooms. You'll find it on the following services:

Blackboard >

Get information about your course units, including access to resources and lecture notes.

Email >

Access your student Outlook365 service.

PhD and other research students can find their email on the staff email service

My documents >

View or download files from your P:drive.

Student system >

Select course units, complete registration, and update your personal details.

Library services >

Search library resources, access your library account, and browse My Learning Essentials.

Confirm your Attendance

Once you have confirmed your attendance it may take up to 3 hours for your My Manchester layout to change, enabling you to register and access other facilities tailored to you.

To confirm attendance navigate to Admissions > My Applications > Accept or Decline

The University of Manchester automatically passes some of your personal information to the Students' Union. You have the right to opt-out of membership of the Students' Union and you can exercise this right following Registration. The Students' Union will use that information for communicating with you about its activities, for example to enable you to participate in elections, to keep you informed of its activities and all your opportunities as a student of the University of Manchester.
